A movement for middle and high school students who refuse to settle for average. The Josiah Experience is a transformative mentorship program designed to develop young leaders through intentional relationships, leadership training, small-group community, and academic support. We believe every student carries greatness within them—sometimes it simply needs the right environment, the right guidance, and the right voice to bring it out.

Through leadership mentorship cohorts, peer accountability circles, and personalized tutoring, students learn to rise above obstacles, discover their identity, strengthen their character, and build the confidence to walk boldly into their future. This is not just a program—this is preparation for destiny.
